Accounts and Support

Please send all support and accounts requests to support@nehos.net or accounts@nehos.net and include your name, account number and the fault details.

When sending emails to Nehos, please include a descriptive subject line including the relevant Nehos Account Number (this number may be found on your invoice). This will help you and our Customer Support Teams to identify the issue quickly as well as a nominated severity. Calls to Nehos Support will be logged in our ticketing system as with e-mail and responded to in the order received. Customer Technical Support is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays.

* We do not provide support or configuration help for customer equipment, networking equipment, ISP related issues or services (Catagory 4) outside of the product that is outlined on our Nehos website. We are however happily point you in the right direction if we can to where you can get help configuring your equipment.
