Please send all support and accounts requests to support@nehos.net or accounts@nehos.net and include your name, and account number.

When sending emails to Nehos, please include a descriptive subject line including the relevant Nehos Account Number (this number may be found on your invoice). This will help you and our Customer Support Teams to identify the issue quickly as well as a nominated severity. Calls to Nehos Support will be logged in our ticketing system as with e-mail and responded to in the order received.

* We do not provide support or configuration help for customer equipment, networking equipment, ISP related issues or services. We are happy to point you in the right direction (if we can) to where you can get help configuring your equipment.
